Service Description

I offer 50 minute individual sessions for anyone age 8 and older. Concerns addressed include: – Anxiety – Low mood – Identity and self-esteem – Interpersonal conflict – Stress – Career guidance – Grief and loss – Self-harm In-person or virtual sessions are available on Mondays and Wednesdays between the hours of 4:00 and 9:00pm. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please provide 24 hours notice; otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.
